I had a flat tire on my duck trailer on I-70 E. Today.After talking to AAA ,and finding out after being a member for 32 years, they would not help with a trailer , she gave me the number for Bud's Towing. When I called them for help they said" I am sending someone right way". Drew from Bud's Towing was there in a jiffy and braved the crazy traffic to change the tire for me. He was very helpful and gave me some helpful hints about my trailer.
At sunset on Feb. 26, 2016, I hit a fireplace log on I-70 west of Jonesburg, ruined my rim, flattened the tire. When I had trouble pulling the wheel off the car, I called AAA, and Bud's Towing found me despite AAA's incorrect description of my location. The mechanic quickly changed my flat tire, checked for other possible damage, gave me good, thoughtful advice about driving ca. 100 more miles home on my spare. It was dark by the time we were done, and he motioned traffic out of the right lane while I got in my car and back up to speed (well, 55 mph!) on the highway. I'm used to mechanic guys being condescending jerks toward women, or just plain sullen, but THIS fellow was completely great to work with. Very refreshing.
Stuck on I-70 and AAA contacted Bud's for a tow. It was late at night. Rex was fast getting to us. He was concerned about our safety. He was helpful and friendly and so very professional in getting our vehicle loaded and unloaded. Would highly recommend this service. We are out of state travelers and his service and professionalism made a bad situation so much easier!

I went by the bud's to ask about a camper shell for my new truck, and when I stopped in to ask about it, he was nowhere to be found, when I walked around back to ask him about it, he was nothing but rude and arrogant. I had cash in hand and was expecting to pay as much money as required, but he told me I was wasting his time because he didn't have the time to look around the yard for the camper shell. And I left in embarrassment, because I had never been talked to like that when I was just asking a question. I don't know the guys name but he has ear length dark hair and was blowing cigarette smoke in my face, and I'm a severe asthmatic. I rate this experience zero stars! I recommend you go to another junk yard for your stuff, they didn't have very many things and the only person working was very insulting!
