Brand new carpet, fresh paint and nice rustic theme. Clean lobby and room. Hotel overall had a nice, no odor (no smoke smell, no new paint smell, etc) Nice smelling complimentary soap/shampoo. Comfy bed. A/C worked great. Small microwave and fridge in room. Two sinks. And the included simple breakfast items - including waffle machine - in the lobby were a nice perk. Definitely a nice place to get a good night's rest while traveling at a reasonable price.
Awesome service. Excellent staff. Gal behind the counter pulled a double shift and still greeted our crew with a smile.
This is the second time we have stayed here. Very nice, quiet, clean place to stay. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. We will continue to stay here in the future when we are in the area. It's so close to Jeff City and so much cheaper. I would recommend to anyone staying in Jefferson City area to stay here.
Hello. This hotel is clean and the staff were very friendly. The hotel staff asked if we needed more towels because we went for a swim. (That was very thoughtful and helpful.) Booked online and requested handicapped. Not given. If we wanted to change it would raise the rate $20-30. The sign on the door to the lobby said no smoking, but it smelled like a chimney in the lobby and hall. Not friendly staff. The room was stripped down, leaving the hooks on the wall. 3 plugs in the whole room. There was NO ELECTRICAL PLUG on my side of the bed. Middle of winter and only a light blanket on the bed. The microwave was stacked on The fridge with The coffee maker on top. Only plugs for 2 of these. The TV setup required a multi plug adapter. Didn't feel too comfortable about that. The good points are no bugs, the TV channel selection is good, the water will not burn anyone, plenty of parking in the nearly empty lot. Don't believe them about breakfast. Your choices are toast (no Danish or bagel) oatmeal, packaged omelets, yogurt, juice and coffee. The milk is served from a gallon jug. The sign days that these are for breakfast only, don't take anything with you. The waffle maker was broken. We cut our trip short after 1 night and they didnt even inquire if things were ok.
